My development as an artist is an evolution of forms and surfaces. Through working and reworking of forms, I gain an intuitive sense of control. Through submitting these forms to the fire, I make the leap into the unknown. The best work is born of the process. Successful pieces have a life of their own, a presence that is undeniable and enduring.
